• I use your personal basic contact information for the purpose of communication and the preparation of documents.
• I do not sell, rent or exchange your personal information for profit or gain.
• Your personal data may when necessary be shared with some or all of the following third parties.
  • Solicitors appointed by myself.
  • Inland Revenue (HMRC)
  • Accountant appointed for accounting purposes
  • Contractors but only on a strict need to know basis.
  • Unspecified recipients but only when compelled to do so for legal reasons
• I follow strict security procedures in the storage of personal data. Electronic data is stored and backed up with a reputable cloud storage provider and is password protected on all devices.
• Personal data (hard copy and electronic) may be stored indefinitely unless a request for deletion is received from the interested party.
